Named for the native Wattles that grow in the area, this site was originally owned by the Catholic Church, and was ear marked as the site of the now built Agnew St church. The church sold the site in the 1950’s and 3 beautiful “Queenslanders” were built on the hilltop, complete with tennis court and croquet lawn. The heritage listed homes were relocated and the beautifully designed apartments enjoy stunning district, River and City views. This property is located in one of the most elegant tranquil settings, with bus and ferry within walking distance and only 2.5km to the Brisbane CBD.
